Conveyancing:

Although Firsthips specialises in HIPs only, we do enable an introduction fee for conveyancing instructions that are passed to you by estate agents. This is not to be confused with the common 'referral fee' where a third party is charging you more than 3 times the fee they pay the agent. Firsthips does NOT take a cut, but some agents will appreciate your introduction fee usually between Ł100-Ł300 per instruction. This enables you to generate more business where YOU pay less and the agents still get MORE!
