Conveyancing:

Although Firsthips specialises in HIPs only, we do offer an introduction fee for conveyancing instructions passed to our preferred property lawyers. This is not to be confused with the common 'referral fee' where a third party is charging the lawyer more than 3 times the fee they pay you. Firsthips does NOT take a cut, but most of our lawyers are happy to pay you directly between Ł100-Ł300 per instruction.
